Job Summary

We are seeking a Experience Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing regulations.
• Manage cash register operations, handle payments efficiently, and provide correct change.
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a lively yet professional atmosphere.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to ensure compliance with health standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant roles is desirable but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work well as part of a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
