Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate billing.
• Assist in setting up bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events at nightclubs or other hospitality venues.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or cocktail lounges is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous.
• Experience serving diverse clientele in hospitality settings, with strong customer service skills that foster guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus for candidates interested in expanding their craft knowledge. Pay: $2.55 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
