BARTENDER

Private Active 55+ Golf Community

We are seeking an experienced, personable, and dependable Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Our private, active 55+ golf community offers a lively clubhouse environment with dining, entertainment, golf events, tournaments, banquets, and special events throughout the year.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Accurately process member charges and transactions
• Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and procedures
• Assist with bar setup, closing duties, inventory, and restocking
• Provide excellent service during busy dining periods, golf events, entertainment nights, and special functions
• Work cooperatively with servers, kitchen staff, management, and fellow bartenders
• Build positive relationships with members while maintaining a professional atmosphere

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bar service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, golf tournaments, and special events
• Experience in a private club, country club, golf club, or high-volume restaurant environment is a plus

Employment Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.
