Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food and beverage service, supporting overall restaurant operations.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
• Experience in hospitality or food service environments that demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism.
