Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and meet customer preferences
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in cash handling, basic math skills for processing payments accurately, and retail math for inventory management
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
