Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to maintain seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest creative drink options to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for billing, and manage credit card payments efficiently

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of cocktail creation, wine selection, brewing processes, and craft beer varieties
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or speed
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices in a food industry setting
• Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to established guidelines
• Experience with banquet service or catering environments is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing processes
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or hospitality background highly valued
• Understanding of beverage laws and responsible serving practices

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
