Cattlemen’s Grill, an upscale grill in Hattiesburg, is looking for an experienced and energetic Lead Bartender to help us craft an exceptional bar program from the ground up.

We’re a chef-driven, service-focused restaurant built on quality, hospitality, and Southern charm. As our Lead Bartender, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, developing creative cocktails, training staff, and leading the bar with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute a craft cocktail menu using seasonal, high-quality ingredients
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Lead, train, and support a bar team focused on hospitality and consistency
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant bar area at all times
• Collaborate with the GM and kitchen leadership to enhance the overall guest experience

Who You Are:

• A skilled bartender with 3+ years of experience in high-volume or upscale settings
• Passionate about cocktails, spirits, and providing warm, memorable service
• Organized, reliable, and capable of leading by example
• Able to thrive in a startup environment and ready to help open a brand-new restaurant
