Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system, processing payments efficiently while maintaining accountability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting for returning guests.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during events or high-volume periods, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality environments; knowledge of food service is essential.
• Strong cocktail mixing skills with a solid understanding of spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of alcohol and perishable ingredients.
• Experience in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus for those interested in career growth within the hospitality industry.
