Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure a positive experience and build repeat patronage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory levels efficiently.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure responsible beverage service and guest safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage orders during busy periods, including catering or banquet events if applicable.
• Develop creative beverage recipes, experiment with new mixology techniques, and stay current on industry trends like craft beer, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality environments; previous bar management experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, brewing processes, and beverage presentation techniques.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Food service experience including food handling, serving, cashiering, and food safety certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards for responsible alcohol service; nightclub or banquet experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills along with retail math knowledge for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
