Bartender

Must be available for all shifts including day, nights and weekends.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and build rapport.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures during serving and preparation.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to support catering, banquet, or food industry functions seamlessly.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
• Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
