• You monitor alcohol service responsibly and follow the law without exception
• You process payments accurately using the POS system
• You restock before you run out
• You communicate with servers, barbacks, and managers constantly
• You handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

• Have real bartending experience and strong guest service skills
• Know drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and how to use your tools

You must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
Responsible alcohol certification such as TIPS or ServSafe is a plus.

The Reality

• You will be on your feet for long stretches

• You will lift up to 25 lbs, including cases of beer and liquor
• You will juggle multiple tickets at once
