Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in beverage preparation, bar management, and hospitality will help create memorable experiences for our community members.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes and develop new drink offerings to enhance the menu.
• Operate POS systems such as TOAST POS to process orders and cash transactions accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing their needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly.
• Handle cash register operations efficiently while processing payments accurately.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer.
• Proven ability in beverage recipe development and bartending within fine dining or upscale environments.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality industry standards.
• Ability to work night shifts or banquet setting as needed.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations.
