Bartender

Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments swiftly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially during nightlife or nightclub events.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, manage inventory levels, and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving policies.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality venues.

Pay: $5.00 - $26.05 per hour
