About Tee Off

Tee Off Golf Lounge is a premium indoor golf simulator bar and lounge in South Barrington with 10 simulator bays and a full bar. We're looking for upbeat, reliable people who love great service.

Pay: $9.00/hr base + tips. You're guaranteed at least $15.00/hr. If your base pay plus tips falls short of $15/hr in a pay period, we make up the difference.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and pour beer and wine accurately and quickly
• Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service (BASSET) standards
• Run tabs and payments on the POS
• Stock the bar, track inventory, change kegs, and prep garnishes
• Open and close the bar and keep it clean and up to code
• Run the service bar for servers during busy shifts
• Support happy hour, private events, and leagues

Requirements

• 21 or older (required to pour alcohol)
• Valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21+ required at interview and hire
• Current Illinois BASSET certification
• 1+ yr bartending experience
• Availability across weekday mornings, weekday evenings, weekends, holidays, and late closes (open availability preferred)
• Able to work 6–8 hr shifts on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs (cases, ice, kegs)
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: high-volume bar experience, cocktail knowledge, food handler certificate, interest in golf
