What You'll Do

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Guide guests through our extensive wine, beer, and spirits selections.
• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable experiences at the bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and accurate beverage service.
• Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system.
• Follow all Tennessee ABC regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Help maintain the high standards of quality and professionalism that define the Culaccino experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
• Possesses strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Pays close attention to detail and works with a strong sense of urgency.
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Tennessee ABC Server Permit (or ability to obtain one before employment).
• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong wine and spirits knowledge; Italian wine knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
