Job Summary

Enter10 Bowling Center is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in beverage preparation, delivers exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• With at least 1 year of bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Recommend beverages and upsell menu items to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and company policies.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Perform opening, closing, and inventory procedures as assigned.
