Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage multiple orders efficiently while providing attentive service to all guests
• Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse guests and team members effectively
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and maintain energy throughout shifts
• A friendly, energetic attitude with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences
• Cocktail knowledge is helpful
