Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightlife settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations during food handling and beverage preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and preparation.
• Experience in fine dining or banquet service is a plus.

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
