Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with bar backs and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods, and special events.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of basic math and retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus.
