Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment handling.
• Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and uphold hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety practices, and alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety management principles to ensure safe handling of beverages and related supplies.
