Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, cash transactions, and tabs accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Handle cash processing accurately while balancing registers at shift end; process payments swiftly and securely.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate beverage service seamlessly.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and managing guest consumption responsibly.

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and beverage presentation is highly valued.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
