Bartender

We're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering elevated guest experiences. If you're passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable moments with New York City as your backdrop, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and seasonal cocktail menus.
• Engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality standards.
• Accurately process orders and payments through our POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Follow all NYC health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, rooftop, or cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• NYC Food Handler's Certificate and TIPS certification are a plus.
