Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately while managing tabs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
• Handle cash handling procedures responsibly, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub functions.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer options.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Previous nightclub or banquet bartending experience is a plus for dynamic event environments.
