Bartender

Hours:

• Seeking full-time and part-time positions. Growth opportunity for candidates interested in a full-time hospitality career. Flexible job for other full-time professionals seeking extra income part-time. Rotating and flexible shifts. Evening and weekend availability required. Additional hours available for special on-site and/or off-site events.

Salary:

• Base wage + tips + commissions (typically totaling $15-$30+/hour). Full-time positions offer additional benefits and pay.

Primary Duties:

• Eagerly educate and share with customers our distinctive product line and company story creating an experiential visit
• Effectively promote and sell Infinity’s wines and spirits
• Promote, offer, and enroll club memberships
• Accurately bartend and pour samples of our wines and spirits as well as wine by the glass and specialty drinks
• Restock and clean

Secondary Duties:

• Develop new menu items and featured cocktails
• Provide guided tours
• Collaborate on coordinating and running successful events

Essential Skills, Traits, etc:

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Sales experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Self-motivated, independent with ability to multi-task
• Eagerness to continually expand knowledge level of our product line
• Bartenders license or willingness to obtain with prior beverage production and service experience

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 45.0 per week
