  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift, including glassware, garnishes, spirits, mixers, and bar tools.

  • Monitor and limit alcohol consumption where necessary, following responsible service standards and intervening appropriately.

  • Handle POS transactions with accuracy, reconcile end-of-shift reports, and maintain accountability for cash and inventory.

  • Support food service at the bar as needed, ensuring timely delivery and clearing of guest items.

  • Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen team members to create smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

  • Perform any and all other duties as requested by management in support of bar and restaurant operations.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar required.

  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting preferred.

  • Must be 21+ and hold required alcohol service certifications (e.g., TIPS).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a productive pace without sacrificing quality.

  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Professional Characteristics:

  • Positive, service-oriented mindset with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Punctual, dependable, and proactive in maintaining cleanliness standards.

  • Approachable and team-oriented with a willingness to assist across departments as needed.

  • Takes initiative and follows through on assignments with minimal supervision.
