**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing and serving beverages to our patrons. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our guests' experiences. **Duties:** - Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring they have a positive experience at our establishment. - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our recipes and standards. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the counter, shelves, and equipment. - Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. - Help to keep the restaurant and kitchen clean and tidy, and assist with catering and events as needed. - Develop a strong understanding of our menu and make recommendations to guests. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and provide a seamless dining experience. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related hospitality role is essential. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. - Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations. - Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, bottles, and equipment. - Proficiency with a cash register and POS system. - Familiarity with restaurant operations and a passion for providing excellent customer service. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. - A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for our guests. **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to help others and provide exceptional customer service. - Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage service. - Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures. - Proficiency with a cash register and POS system. - Familiarity with restaurant operations and a passion for providing excellent customer service. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - A strong commitment to providing a high-quality experience for our guests.
