Bartender

Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club is seeking experienced, service-oriented Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team.We are looking for friendly, dependable professionals who enjoy providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our Members and guests. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering a high level of hospitality.

Pay: $13.00 per hour plus gratuities
Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based increases

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to Members and guests.
• Accurately process orders and transactions using the Club's POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock beverages and supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow all Club policies and procedures regarding alcohol service, safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service.
• Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and other Food & Beverage team members to provide an exceptional Member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Country club, private club, restaurant, or upscale hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bar procedures.
• Experience using POS systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
