Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Operate POS systems for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and adhering to legal drinking age requirements.
• Contribute to a lively atmosphere by engaging with guests during peak hours and special occasions.

Skills

• Proven experience in food or bar industry roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with POS systems to process transactions smoothly.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in high-energy settings.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $25.56 per hour
