Bartender

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiting/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A passion for excellent service and a friendly demeanour are essential.

Duties

• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service of beverages
• Serving drinks
• Upselling menu items to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
• Managing guest queries and providing exceptional guest services to enhance their experience
• Handling cash transactions accurately using the till system, including basic maths calculations
• Restocking supplies and ensuring all serving stations are fully prepared before service begins
• Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Familiarity with serving procedures, upselling techniques, and guest services enhances performance in this role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills is preferred
• A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
