Bartender

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment where your skills in serving and hospitality will be highly valued. Previous restaurant experience and a good understanding of food safety standards are preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences
• Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
• Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately and served promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately using basic maths skills
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
• Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
• Adhere to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
• Excellent serving skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Good organisational skills with effective time management to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
• Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and friendliness

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
