Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring each drink meets quality standards and presentation expectations
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of beverages and food items
• Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting for guests
• Monitor inventory levels regularly, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management about stock needs
• Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments demonstrating strong mixology skills
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Familiarity with beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer trends
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings with a focus on customer service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management skills in busy environments
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions

Pay: Up to $2.13 per hour
