Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

• Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately using the POS system

• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including daily specials

• Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines

• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred

• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixology

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele

• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Effective communication skills to interact with both customers and team members

• Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)

• Must have a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one
