We are looking for passionate, team oriented bartenders and bar servers to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender / Bar Server to deliver outstanding bar service in a high-volume, upscale casual environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about craft cocktails, wine, and beer, and is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision

and speed

● Provide attentive, personalized service to bar and lounge guests

● Maintain thorough knowledge of the full food and beverage menu, including daily specials

● Engage guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner

● Accurately enter and manage orders using the POS system

● Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service (BASSET/TIPS

compliance)

● Keep the bar area clean, organized, and properly always stocked

● Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service

● Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

● Assist with opening and closing side work and inventory duties

QUALIFICATIONS

● 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting preferred

● Comprehensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail preparation

● Familiarity with wine and beer styles; sommelier or cicerone knowledge a plus

● BASSET or TIPS certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

● Food Handler / SERV Safe certification preferred

● Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Exceptional communication and guest service skills

● Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor

● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
