Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following BYC's bar procedures
• Interact with members and guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess members' preferences and make drink recommendations
• Assist with event set-up and clean-up according to management’s specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food service and preparation areas
• Notify management of any issues or concerns related to members or guests
• Ensure the Club House meets cleanliness, safety, and other standards set by management
• Perform any additional bartender duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to follow BYC liquor policies and adhere to RI alcohol statutes
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
