Bartender

We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new location and help establish a high-energy bar experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Create an engaging and energetic bar experience
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and menu offerings
• Make confident beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Maintain responsible alcohol service practices at all times
• Verify identification and follow all TABC requirements
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout every shift
• Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests before they are made
• Process payments accurately and operate the POS system efficiently
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
• Maintain proper bar inventory and communicate restocking needs
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or reputable restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment
• Current TABC certification
• Current Food Handler certification
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and responsible alcohol-service practices
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
