About Us

The Boundary is a busy, independent pub on King's Road, Fulham, known for live music, sport and a lively atmosphere.

With multiple bars, a busy events calendar and busy weekends, we're looking for confident, hardworking bartenders to join our team.

We're serious about hospitality and the standards we deliver, but we also believe that working in a pub should be enjoyable. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, support their colleagues and know how to have a good time while getting the job done.

The Role

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency and good service are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering friendly, attentive and efficient service, even during busy periods.
• Preparing and serving draught beer, spirits, wine and cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Working closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly.
• Taking initiative, recognising what needs doing and helping colleagues without being asked.
• Maintaining responsible alcohol service and following food safety, hygiene and licensing procedures.
• Helping create a welcoming atmosphere for our regulars and new customers alike.

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience working behind a busy bar is strongly preferred. More importantly, we're looking for the right attitude and work ethic, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable working in a high-volume bar or pub.
• Stay calm, organised and efficient under pressure.
• Have good product knowledge and take pride in serving drinks properly.
• Are friendly, approachable and confident speaking to customers.
• Understand that teamwork means helping wherever you're needed, not just sticking to your assigned station.
• Take pride in cleanliness, presentation and the small details that make a difference.
• Are reliable, punctual, consistent and willing to take responsibility for your work.
• Can work evenings and weekends, including late finishes.

Experience pouring Guinness, making cocktails and working in a busy sports or live-music venue would be an advantage.
