Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to keep the bar fully equipped
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and manage tabs for guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements

3 YEARS EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong bartending skills including drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation
• Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
