Duties:

• Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with legal requirements for alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including utensils and equipment
• Keep the bar well-stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies
• Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines when handling food and drinks
• Process cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell drink specials and promote featured menu items

Experience:

• Prior experience in the food industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Knowledge of sales strategies to enhance customer experience
• Understanding of brewing techniques or willingness to learn
• Experience in food handling procedures
• Competence in cash handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills to engage effectively with guests
