What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and catering events.
• Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold responsible serving practices to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.

Basic qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a bustling environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in fine dining or catering services is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable guest interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
