Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly, preventing over-serving and addressing any issues promptly
• Restock bar inventory as needed, including mixers, garnishes, and other supplies

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for efficient transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Preparing food like appetizers and finger food
