Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using CLOVER POS
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste
• Handle food service responsibilities when needed, including serving Dinners

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele positively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management skills
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Previous experience with catering or event bartending is a plus

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
