evening shift- Wednesday Friday Saturday Brunch& Dinner Shift Sunday(Sunday is mandator)

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling security
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub nights

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods; strong organizational skills are essential
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs accurately
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
• Previous experience in food service or retail math is advantageous
