Scratch Restaurants, explaining all beverage options, taking beverage orders, preparing and serving all

  • Provide fine dining service that is focused on storytelling and product knowledge, rooted in genuine hospitality

and respect for craft

  • Design and execute seasonal cocktail menus, with non-alcoholic options, and the development of beverage

pairings, that all reflect Japanese influence, while being in accordance with all local/state liquor laws

  • Oversee all daily bar setup, prep, cleanliness, and closing procedures according to set policies and procedures
  • Manage and be responsible for all guest payment collection during checkouts, with attention to detail, accuracy,
