Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting; stay current on industry trends like mixology and brewing.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and responsible service policies.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub nights.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, track inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Expertise in cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a food service setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions.
• Prior experience with beverage trends such as craft beer brewing or mixology is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.

Pay: $2.13 - $20.00 per hour
