Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS toast
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine service, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS Toast
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments or nightclubs
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience in hospitality settings like restaurants, banquet halls, or catering environments is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately
