Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an experienced skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team in Austin's largest gentlemen's club.

Prior bartending experienced is a must in a fast pace environment.

Must have current TABC certification.

Role requires proficiency in POS systems, If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have experience in fine dining or nightclub environments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flair.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out tabs and processing payments through POS systems.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment.
• Familiarity with Focus POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
