Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and creativity
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and appealing
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service
• Experience in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments demonstrating adaptability under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to develop new beverage recipes and contribute creatively to the bar’s menu offerings

Pay: $2.31 per hour
