Bartender

Republic Hospitality Group is hiring experienced Bartenders to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment. Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking guest orders, maintaining bar operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere while upholding company standards and responsible alcohol service practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide attentive, engaging guest service by anticipating needs, answering menu questions, and recommending food, beverages, and specials.
• Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system, process payments, and complete end-of-shift financial procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including liquor displays, equipment, supplies, and surrounding guest areas.
• Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties, including bar setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking.
• Follow all alcohol service laws, health regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and fellow staff regarding guest needs, allergies, orders, and service concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach while participating in required meetings and training.

Training & Certification Requirements

• Successful completion of Republic Hospitality Group's bartender training program.
• Current TIPS Certification or equivalent alcohol awareness certification required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, bar, or lounge preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $7.50 - $40.00 per hour
