Bartender – The Pine Bar at The Biltmore Mayfair
Mayfair, London | Full-Time 40 hours | £30,100.72 per annum + service charge
The Pine Bar isn't just a place to work — it's a stage. A wood-panelled, Art Deco hideaway tucked just off the lobby of The Biltmore Mayfair, recognised by Forbes Travel Guide among the world's finest hotel bars. A hidden gem in London's most prestigious postcode, where timeless glamour meets contemporary cocktail culture, and where every guest who walks through the door is looking for something extraordinary.
The Setting
The Biltmore Mayfair brings together the heritage and grandeur of a distinguished London residence with refined contemporary luxury. Situated on Grosvenor Square in the heart of Mayfair, the hotel is home to 257 beautifully appointed guest rooms, 51 curated suites, The Biltmore Café, an all-year terrace — and The Pine Bar, one of the capital's most intimate and celebrated cocktail destinations.
Behind our bar, you'll work with rare spirits, fine wines, exceptional cognacs and a cocktail programme built to surprise and delight a discerning clientele of hotel guests, Mayfair locals and cocktail enthusiasts who travel across the city — and across the world — to sit at our bar.
