Bartender

Experienced Bartender NEEDED

Prates Place Bar & Restaurant | Grass Lake, Michigan

We’re looking for a strong bartender who knows their stuff!

Prates Place is a busy, locally owned restaurant in the heart of Grass Lake. We have a fun, welcoming, small-town atmosphere, a great team, and plenty of busy nights! We’re looking for an experienced bartender who can keep up with the pace, craft great drinks, and give our guests an experience that keeps them coming back.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience is a MUST. We need someone who is confident and comfortable behind the bar from day one.
• Knowledgeable about craft cocktails, beer, spirits, and drink preparation.
• Fast, energetic, organized, and able to multitask during a rush without getting overwhelmed.
• Friendly, outgoing, and great with people. You know how to make guests feel welcome and keep the energy positive.
• Reliable, professional, and a strong team player who takes pride in their work.
• Able to maintain a clean, organized bar and work efficiently with the rest of the team.
• Available to work Thursday through Sunday, including busy evenings and weekends.

What You Can Expect

• A fun, family-oriented, small-town atmosphere.
• A busy restaurant with a great community following.
• A team that works hard and has fun doing it.
• Nightly closing time of 10 PM, so you’re not working those super-late bar hours.
• An opportunity to be part of a growing local business where great bartenders make a difference.

The Bottom Line

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to stand behind a bar. We want someone who is experienced, quick on their feet, passionate about great drinks, and ready to own their bar during a rush.

If you love bartending, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that feels like a community, we’d love to hear from you!
